Judge Requests
If your character uses their communicator to contact the Judge, drop a line here! The Judge considers herself to be harsh, but fair.

Defendant: Nadja of Antipaxos
Evidence:
-eyewitness account from Osamu Kashiwagi (Advocate) of the attack upon Mr. Eiffel
-Mr. Eiffel's presence in the Infirmary
-blood on Nadja's arms, from self harm in attempt to escape her bindings
-blood on Nadja's mouth from a 'rabid' attack on Eiffel
Is leniency or extra severity being requested?:
Kashiwagi will request leniency, on account of Nadja being in a fragile mental state after her transfer, demotion, and the loss of both her family and friends. He also will not present any evidence regarding the wounds that Nadja gave him. He also made sure that she would be presentable (as he himself was as well) to pay respect to the court even though he's going to offer an insanity defense, given the rabidness of her attack, her vampiric nature, Douglas Eiffel's part in her separation from friends and family, and he will note how cooperative and willing to work with the court system she has been since recovering from her unfortunate 'fit' and that she deserves leniency given the adjustment she's going through both in system and in environment. (This is not bullshit only by the slimmest margin and he will ride the line of lying just so to ensure she looks as good as he can make her without outright breaking the rules.)
